Hello, thanks for inquiring about my shopping, warranty and refund information.

My Products

Whenever you buy one of my products such as my video course or ebook, you will receive a 90 day refund policy from the initial date of purchase. That means if you buy my an ebook or course that I have created on the 1st of April, you will have to request a refund before the 31st of May to remain eligible.

If you buy my PhotoBlogger site building service, then I’m afraid we can’t offer you a refund as once the work is done, we can’t undo it.

I do not require you to provide a reason for requesting a refund, it’s entirely up to you on whether you want to provide one. I like to provide a no-risk, no-fuss service.

When you purchase any of my products, you pay through the trusted brand of Paypal. There are two options for doing this.

First, you can pay with your Paypal account, or second, if you do not own a Paypal account, you can pay with your credit or debit card.

This is a 100% secure process, and I do not hold onto to any of your card information. The only information I keep is the information you volunteer to me, such as your name and email address.

Other Products

When you purchase other products on my website, you are subject to their own individual shopping, warranty and refund policies.

Amazon is the main retailer I link to, and that’s because they have very good customer service, and are a trusted international brand.

There will sometimes be affiliate products promoted too, such as the Trick Photography and Special Effects ebook. This has a 60 day refund period as it’s sold through an online retailer called Clickbank. This is also a very trusted brand and they process billions of dollars worth of payments.

Everything I sell through this website comes with a minimum 30-day refund period, and they all come from trusted retailers.

I am not responsible for how other retailers conduct their business. If you have a bad experience with one of the retailers I link to, please note that I can’t be held accountable, and I have done everything possible to link you to a respected retailer.
